Findings of Fact and Conclusions

MnDOT has determined that the proposed TH 212/CSAH 44 interchange and CSAH 44 improvements, as described in the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) and in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions (FOFC), do not have the potential for significant environmental impacts. MnDOT has concluded that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required and has issued a Negative Declaration Order for the project. This concludes the Minnesota state environmental review process for the project.

Paper copies of the FOFC may be obtained by contacting Rick Dalton, Environmental Coordinator, at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, 1500 West County Road B2, Roseville, MN 55113 or richard.dalton@state.mn.us.
